Returns & Exchanges

At Origami Owl, we want you to love your jewelry; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All pieces must be in their original, unworn condition and include the original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Package Your Jewelry

  Securely place your items in their original Origami Owl packaging and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund within 7-10 business days.
